Hamidullah Khan, PhD, is a passionate researcher with a deep commitment to advancing our understanding of cancer, particularly in the areas of leukemia metabolism. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology, a Master’s in Biotechnology from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India, and a PhD from the prestigious Central Drug Research Institute, Lucknow, India. After earning his PhD, he moved to the United States to further his expertise in cancer metabolism and nutrient sensing. With years of experience in metabolic tracing and nutrient sensing especially in leukemia, Dr. Khan has worked extensively on improving treatments for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) and Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL).
Outside of his professional work, Hamidullah is highly enthusiastic about technology and software, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), which he believes holds immense potential for transforming various industries, including healthcare. He is an avid follower of the latest developments in AI and enjoys exploring how these innovations can intersect with science and medicine. In addition to his tech interests, Hamidullah is a fan of science fiction movies and literature, often drawing inspiration from imaginative worlds and futuristic concepts. He also thrives on networking with like-minded individuals, both within the scientific community and beyond, to exchange ideas, foster collaboration, and explore new opportunities.
